This morning after serveral weeks of not weighing myself, watching what I eat and the hoy of Christmas, I weighed myself.

I am 75.1kg which I’m pleased with. I’ve not had much interest in what I ate,  but somehow I’be not put much weight on. Today starts, or restart me focusing on weight loss again. I’ve still got a mountain for Christmas food to eat up, so thats happening this week. I finally got on the exercise bike today and struggled to do 10 mins on it. Hopefully five sessions a week, building up to 30 mins a session. And finally adding toning exercises to remove the flabby bits.

I’m hoping to invent some recipes to help me have healthy snacks and eat more veggies.
